WWE 2K25 Jordynne Grace: dream matches and breaking barriers

To celebrate the upcoming launch of the ‘Fearless Pack’ for WWE 2K25, I spoke with WWE Superstar and former TNA Knockouts Champion, Jordynee Grace, a headliner of the DLC along with Penta, Bull Nakano, New Jack and a yet-to-be-announced celebrity guest.

Jordynee Grace made her unofficial WWE debut at the 2024 Royal Rumble as a guest entrant coming in at number five, while still employed by TNA.

However, she officially became a member of WWE in 2025, not only appearing in this year's Royal Rumble but also making her NXT debut on 17 February, teaming up with Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer to defeat Fatal Influence.

Jordynee Grace has hit the ground running as a WWE competitor, featuring heavily in TV programming, but also in Premium Live Events. She now makes her debut in WWE 2K25, a moment that she was keen to share with her mother.

“As soon as Visual Concepts released the trailer of my entrance in WWE 2K25, I video called my mum, so that we could watch it at the same time,” Jordynee says with a beaming smile.

WWE 2K25 features the biggest roster in the history of the series with Superstars of today and Legends of yesteryear. The dream matches are practically endless, and Jordynee had the perfect opponents in mind when she plays the game.

“Chyna” was the first name mentioned by Jordynee. A true legend of the industry and a pioneer of women’s wrestling, who not only competed in WWE but also in TNA.

Sadly, Chyna passed away in 2016. She was not only a charismatic powerhouse, but she was the first woman to hold the men’s Intercontinental Championship and was the first woman to compete in the men’s Royal Rumble.

The other dream opponent of Jordynee is Bull Nakano. “She's an icon. She's a Japanese legend, and that's who I want to wrestle in real life,” exclaims the WWE Superstar.

One of the best match types in WWE 2K25 is War Games. Two rings are placed side-by-side, surrounded by a huge steel cage, with opposing teams entering individually at intervals with no disqualification. This match is utter carnage and not for the weak of heart.

With the next War Games match set to take place at Survivor Series this November, being an absolute powerhouse herself, Jordynee Grace lets me know who would be in her powerhouse dream team for War Games, featuring anyone from any era.

“Oh, Mark Henry, for sure. Then I’d go with Beth Phoenix and Chyna. There are so many amazing powerhouses. I’d also say Otis because he is incredibly strong, and finally, Oba Femi from NXT.”

Another popular mode in the WWE 2K series is the Showcase campaign. This is a campaign that can be dedicated to just about any pro wrestler of any era and highlights dream matches that happened, and some that sadly never came to be.

“Picking out matches from my career is hard because I’ve had a lot of favourites. But if I were to have my own Showcase, I’d pick my match against Deonna Purrazzo for the Impact Knockouts Championship at Slammiversary 2020,” Jordynee reveals.

“Then it would be against Masha Slamovich for the Impact Knockouts Championship at Bound for Glory 2024. I also had a match with Giulia on 6 May 2025 to be the number one contender for the NXT Women’s Championship. I absolutely love that one.”

On 13 July 2025, after a seven-year wait, the second all-women’s PLE took place with Evolution. On that card, Jordynne Grace competed to take the NXT Women’s Championship from Jacy Jayne, a member of the Fatal Influence faction.

However, just when Jordynne Grace was on the verge of victory, she was betrayed by new NXT recruit, Blake Monroe, after being hit in the back with the title belt when running the ropes.

Suffice it to say, Jordynne Grace has a lot of anger to vent towards Blake Munroe and, for a woman dubbed “Big Momma Pump” due to her muscular physique, inspired by “Big Pappa Pump” Scott Steiner, Jordynne is not a person you’d want to get on the bad side of.

“I haven't had the chance to fully process all the emotions that I’ve been feeling, but anger is very prominent,” says an agitated Jordynne. “I know that when I get my hands on Blake Monroe, she's not gonna have to worry about going after the NXT title for a long time.”

Turning the tide to something more positive (especially after seeing the anger that Jordynne has towards Blake Monroe), I asked her what has recently given her the most pride and joy in life.

“The Royal Rumble 2024. That is one of the proudest moments of my life. I feel like I was one of the people who helped break down the barrier between WWE and TNA, and today they have a partnership which has seen the likes of Joe Hendry, Mike Santana, and Masha Slamovich appear on WWE programming. I feel really proud about that.”

At the time of writing, 2K hasn't announced the release date for the ‘Fearless Pack’, but it is coming soon to WWE 2K25 and is included in the season pass at no extra cost.
