Paul Heyman has been one of the most prominent names in all of professional wrestling, and today, he’s not only the guiding star of the WWE faction, The Vision, but he’s also become a face of the WWE 2K series. Recently, I had the honour of speaking to The Advocate, The Wiseman, The Oracle, THE G.O.A.T.
The Vision, formed the night after WrestleMania 41, consisted of Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed and Paul Heyman. That was until the faction turned on its leader, Seth Rollins, exiling him from the group, who later recruited Logan Paul and Austin Theory.
However, in recent months, The Vision has had rotten luck with injuries, with both Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed being put on the proverbial shelf, which is not an ideal scenario on the road to WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas, on the weekend of 18 April 2026, for a two-night showcase of the immortals.
Is The Vision Really Cursed?
“They are recovering spectacularly well,” confirms Mr Heyman, giving an update on Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed. “I don’t consider what’s happened as bad luck. I consider that in these moments of adversity, the public gets to witness what we’re going through, so that they understand that nothing was handed to these magnificent athletes on a silver platter.
“No one can accuse Bron Breakker of being a knuckle baby. People see Bron Breakker go through a horrific injury, and he comes back stronger than ever. People get to see that Bronson Reed has paid his dues, that Bronson Reed comes back from adversity. Every time the spirits step in and try to curse Bronson Reed, try to take the career away from him that he's worked so hard to build, he comes back bigger and better than ever.

“So I don't consider it bad luck. I actually consider it a blessing in disguise. Not only will they both be even better and more ambitious when they come back, but they'll cherish every moment even more, because they understand how quickly this can all go away,” declares a passionate and assertive Mr Heyman.
Seth Rollins is Hellbent on Revenge Against The Vision
After being out for months following injury and the brutal attack by The Vision, for weeks, a masked intruder interfered in key moments of the faction, including costing Logan Paul his opportunity at Elimination Chamber in February 2026, to be the number one contender for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 42.
Seth Rollins then made his presence known as the one who has been making the lives of The Vision a misery (with the assistance of his minions). On an episode of Monday Night Raw, 2 March 2026, Rollins’ minions distract Logan Paul and Austin Theory, leaving Mr Heyman vulnerable in the ring, to which the man known as a Visionary and Revolutionary delivered a devastating ‘Curb Stomp’ to the man with whom I had the pleasure of conversing today.
Is Mr Heyman Disappointed With Logan Paul and Austin Theory?
“No, I find Seth Rollins to be quite a worthy adversary, and I would be disappointed in him if he didn't lay out a plan that would enable him to get his hands on me. I'm not looking for someone to come up against The Vision that we're gonna be able to repel with ease. That's been one of Brock Lesnar's biggest problems throughout his entire career: being able to find a worthy opponent.
“Brock Lesnar is really pissed that Seth Rollins attacked me and cost Logan Paul the chance to challenge for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania. But we have a worthy adversary on our hands with Seth Rollins. When we end Seth Rollin’s career in WWE, it will be a major accomplishment. People won’t be surprised that we ended his career, because he’s no threat. Make no mistake, Seth Rollins IS a threat, and that means we’re gonna have to up our game to take him out.”
To make matters worse, Paul Heyman was attacked by Seth Rollins once again on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw.
Brock Lesnar Humbled by The Ruler!
On Monday Night Raw, 16 March, Brock Lesnar answered the call of Paul Heyman to inflict pain on Seth Rollins. However, weeks before that, on Monday Night Raw, 23 February, the “Beast Incarnate” issued an open challenge to anyone who dared to be his opponent at WrestleMania 42.
Just as Brock Lesnar was going to approach Seth Rollins, that open challenge was answered by two-time NXT Champion, “The Ruler”, Oba Femi. Brock Lesnar was humbled with a devastating ‘Fall from Grace’ as Oba Femi staked his claim as the new alpha in WWE. Are Brock Lesnar’s days now numbered?
“Well, there's a way to find out even before WrestleMania 42. You can play Obafemi versus Brock Lesnar inside the WWE 2K26, and you can see every single time Brock Lesnar conquers Obafemi,” teases a coy Mr Heyman. “So if you want a true preview for WrestleMania, you can have it right there in your own hands with WWE 2K26, and you'll find out that Brock Lesnar is still the undisputed, uncontroverted beast and conqueror of WWE.” Oh, and Brock Lesnar was also victimised by Obi Femi this week. So it's not been a great start to the week for The Beast Incarnate and his Wiseman.
Becoming the Face of WWE 2K
“I am the right demographic, because any fan who has followed the industry obviously is going to respond to my accomplishments, but anybody who is coming into this fandom is probably younger and more inclined to be a video game aficionado,” declares Mr Heyman.
“To become the face of this massive global video game franchise is a very smart move by 2K to ask me to do that, cause number one, I hit all demos, Cradle to Grave. It's an opportunity for me to reach a young audience. Bestow upon them the wisdom that can only come from The Wiseman.
Can WWE 2K26 Achieve Things That Real-Life WWE Cannot?
“You can't experience real-life WWE 24/7, 365 days a year; that type of entertainment product does not exist outside of an AI world. Except it can happen inside a video game.
“You can't wake up at 4 a.m. and say, ‘I wanna see Brock Lesnar versus Oba Femi, but you can in the video game. You can't wake up at 5 a.m. and say, ‘I wanna see Cody Rhodes versus Randy Orton’. You can in the video game. You can't wake up at 6 a.m. and say, I wanna see ‘CM Punk versus Roman Reigns’, but you can in the video game.
“So, if you're looking to see it all play out in front of your eyes, WWE 2K26 is the alternative universe that everyone has been craving for since the beginning of entertainment.”
Reliving and Rewriting History in WWE 2K26
“If I could rewrite history, I would rewrite Brock Lesnar versus The Undertaker, in which Brock Lesnar conquers the Undertaker's streak at WrestleMania 30.
“Because then I can have that happen every single solitary day through WWE 2K26, and to experience the pure euphoria of Brock Lesnar conquering the Undertaker streak, and to experience that every single day of my life brings me to a state of spiritual orgasm.
“As for what dream match I’d love to see, that would be Seth Rollins versus New Jack. I've seen what New Jack does to enemies of the extreme, and therefore, if I were able to sic New Jack on Seth Rollins, I wouldn't have to worry about Seth Rollins anymore,” says a menacing Mr Heyman.
Is There a Perfect Paul Heyman Guy or Girl?
The term “Paul Heyman Guy?” was popularised by CM Punk during his infamous “pipe bomb” promo on Monday Night Raw on 26 June 2011. It’s a person who is mentored by the G.O.A.T and forms a strong bond. But who is the perfect modern Paul Heyman guy today?
“There is no perfect Paul Heyman guy or girl outside of Brock Lesnar, Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, and Austin Theory. Anyone who is to join The Vision is going for perfection today, but the goalpost will move by tomorrow. What's perfect today will be short of perfect tomorrow, and even shorter of perfect two days from now.
“It's an ever-evolving process of perfection, especially in this industry, because this is the fastest-growing, the fastest evolving business on the face of the planet. And I would say the same thing when Elon Musk colonises Mars. So with that in mind, the perfect Paul Heyman guy and the perfect Paul Heyman girl is someone who understands that perfection is an evolving process, and must constantly be up from where perfection was merely hours ago.”
What Gives Mr Heyman the Most Pride and Joy in Life?
“My children. Absolutely. And the joy on their faces when they play WWE 2K26,” said the blunt Wiseman with a beaming smile. WWE 2K26 is out now on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch 2.
