September is the month of titles such Cronos: The New Dawn, Hollow Knight: Silksong, Silent Hill f and many more but it is also a month that welcomes plenty of incredible indie titles you should not be missing out on.
All available on Steam for absolutely free, these titles are all available to try out ahead of their full launch.
So if you are looking to add to your never-ending wishlist or just pick up a quick and underrated gem throughout the month, check out my recommendations.

First up is DOSMIC, a cinematic puzzle-adventure game set in a world consumed by darkness.
Players will take on the role of a boy who must embark on a perilous journey to rescue a young girl. However, with cosmic horrors to face at every turn, he will have to use his wit to unravel ancient mysteries in a beautiful tale of despair and hope.
Those wanting the chaos of a rogue-like but with a twist can check out Goblin Sushi.
In this rogue-like restaurant simulation title, players will play as a goblin who has always dreamed of opening up his own sushi restaurant.

To continue with the simulation trend, Carefully Stamped is an adorable job simulator where players will get to become a postcard designer.

Ok, let’s break up these cute games with a little horror in the shape of House of Empty Names.
If you have ever wondered what it’s like to lose a kidney, then this horror game is about to tell you as you awake on a cold floor missing one of your organs.
