You can claim WWE 2K26 in-game currency worth £9/$10, but you need to act fast because this bonus code expires in just a few hours.

This week, it’s the worldwide release for the standard edition of WWE 2K26 with CM Punk as the cover star, something that arch rival, Seth Rollins was not happy about, and that’s putting it mildly.

I Scored WWE 2K26 an Impressive 9/10!

“I tip my hat to the developers for how they are continually able to improve every year,” I said in my review. “Sure, it’s not a perfect game, but objectively, I believe that WWE 2K26 is the best wrestling game ever made, and that’s the bottom line, because I said so!”

WWE 2K26 Offers Plenty of Free DLC to Claim

Despite WWE 2K26 only releasing last week for early access gamers, 2K and Visual Concepts have already released plenty of free DLC that you can claim to help boost your MyFACTION experience with new playable characters and in-game currency.

For starters, you can claim a free ‘Legends Series 1 Basic Pack’ by signing up for the newsletter and a DLC bundle that includes a unique Rhea Ripley playable character.

Each month, 2K and Visual Concepts also release a brand new Locker Code, which is basically DLC codes that unlock free content. The first code dropped following the early access launch and includes two free packs.

To the surprise of many, a brand new Locker Code has dropped today that gives players 32,500 VC. This is ‘Virtual Currency’ that can be spent on packs or purchasing new playable character cards in MyFACTION, or can be used in The Island to upgrade your Create-a-Superstar or buy fancy new cosmetics.

However, the code ends today, which is just a mere 24 hours after it dropped. So you'd better act now before it’s too late. The free Locker Code is “MZFGCPCR”.

This code will expire today, Thursday, 12 March 2026, at 9am PT/4pm GMT.

Why Has This Surprise WWE 2K26 Locker Code Dropped?

The bonus Locker Code is released as an apology to fans who were not happy with the grind for the WWE 2K26 Ringside Pass, many of whom felt it took way too long to achieve each level to unlock new content in the game.

What’s more, following Patch 1.04 that dropped yesterday for WWE 2K26, adjustments have been made to the Ringside Pass with the developers saying in a blog post, “The Ringside Pass is a brand-new feature, so like anything new, it’ll require some time and attention to get it just right.”

What Changes Has Patch 1.04 Made?

From now on, custom matches will also earn you Ringside XP (RXP). The RXP earned in matches has been increased by 20%, and there is now a minimum match time requirement that must be met for a match win to earn RXP rewards.

Basically, what the minimum match requirement means is that if a match is won under 60 seconds, while you will receive RXP for completion, you will not get an additional win RXP bonus. This is to stop players from quickly cheesing a win by making poor Eric Bischoff tag out, the lowest-rated character in the game.

It’s worth mentioning that while Patch 1.04 is available right now on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, it won't drop on Nintendo Switch until 30 March 2026.
