MCU fans hyped as Ms. Marvel's return finally confirmed

How marvellous

Ms. Marvel isn’t done with the MCU just yet.

Although Marvel fans had feared the young heroine wouldn’t be returning, it seems that her comeback has got the green light.

The last time we saw Ms. Marvel was two years ago.

Here's a finale look at the What If...? season three trailer

While the show wasn’t a flop like The Marvels – at least as far as box office numbers are concerned – the Disney series wasn’t a massive hit either.

And while it can take several years for a new season of a show to air, given how poorly The Marvels was received, many had assumed Ms. Marvel had been lost for good.

Yet, it seems Marvel’s Brad Winderbaum has never forgotten about the heroine.

During an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Winderbaum remarked that the character is at the “top of mind”.

What is more, “I love that character. I will tell you that she’s certainly a big part of the MCU to me. Ms. Marvel is a really important show to us [...] so it’s going to be exciting to see where she pops up next.”

It’s not an official announcement, but it’s a subtle confirmation that’s got fans convinced that Iman Vellani will return as Kamala Khan.

“Easily the best new character of the multiverse saga. We want more Ms. Marvel,” declared Twitter account @trailertalkk.

Another fan said, “Glad to hear it because I need Ms. Marvel back in the MCU as soon as possible.”

There are a couple of individuals who think Ms. Marvel doesn’t need a second season, but it’s okay for those people to be wrong.

Described as the “highlight” of The Marvels, to monopolise on her popularity and bring the show back makes a lot of sense.

Even more so if the Young Avengers are going to appear in later phases of the MCU.
