If you saw the thumbnail for this story and thought ‘that game looks interesting’ then first, what is wrong with you and secondly, I have got just the thing for you!

Combining the monster-killing of The Witcher 3 and the exploration of Far Cry, Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 is both a mouthful to say and an action RPG that is set for release sometime in 2024. Developed by The Chinese Room, you will take on the role of a monster who must fight your way through a modern-day Seattle.

“A three-front siege on Seattle, a power vacuum in the vampire court and an awakened elder at odds with the voice in their head, realized by BAFTA award winning studio, The Chinese Room,” reads the official Steam synopsis.

For you and your vampire Disciplines, blood is the only thing that can sustain you and at night, you will take to the streets to feed on the unsuspecting. Whether you rely on your supernatural abilities or persuasion is up to you but you must satiate your hunger if you wish to come out on top against the other power-players.

However, there is one rule you must not break - do not reveal who you are and jeopardise the Masquerade or there will be serious repercussions from both law enforcement and those who lurk in the shadows above you.

In the city of Seattle, you will enter a World of Darkness and rise through vampire society. How you approach each fight is entirely your choice. Will you brawl with supernatural fists or lurk from afar, pouncing when the time is right? Your choices will vary based on your vampire clan.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 launches in 2024 and is available to wishlist on Steam now. We will be sure to share more news when it becomes available.
