While many of us are waiting for The Witcher 4, and seeing Ciri take on the many monsters of the series, plenty of players are still replaying the third game.

Fans have been going back to Geralt’s adventure over and over since release, and over on PC, there are hundreds of mods to expand The Witcher 3, or even push the graphics to ridiculous levels.

The Witcher 4 will take Ciri on a whole new adventure, and it looks gorgeous

While many of us could never achieve it, there are some players with beefy PC gaming rigs that can take advantage of visual mods, boosting the graphics, and making this decade old game look like it’s a PS6 launch title.

One video on YouTube is seen running the game with pretty much every visual mod you can imagine, along with many others to improve framerate and some textures.

Of course, the footage is running on an NVIDIA 4090, and takes advantage of ray tracing and ultra graphics settings.

What plays in the 10-minute clip is simply stunning, and fans can’t get enough.

“It looks so beautiful,” said one fan in the comments.

The reflections on the water shine and sparkle, Geralt’s movement seems as smooth as butter, and the lighting creates some lush pockets of darkness in shadows.

It really looks like a brand-new game, pushing the hardware to create new particle effects, stylish textures, and all running at a high framerate.

It’s worth taking a look for yourself and imagining how good it would feel to play the game again, like this.

As one YouTube commenter says, “This game will still look good in 2077.”

We will be seeing much more of The Witcher when the fourth game launches in the coming years, and from what we saw of that trailer, it’s going to blow our tiny minds.
