Star Wars fans have got a look at Kylo Ren’s return, and they’re hyped to see it in action.

Although the Star Wars sequel trilogy had a middled reception from fans, most people tend to agree that Adam Driver’s performance as Kylo Ren is one of the best parts of the films.

Kylo Ren was last seen on screen in 2019’s Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, though the character has made a few memorable appearances in other media since then, most notably in The Rise of Kylo Ren from Marvel Comics.

The new comic book series Star Wars: Legacy of Vader focuses on Kylo Ren in the period between The Last Jedi and The Rise of Skywalker, particularly on his search into Darth Vader’s past.

Obviously, we’ll include a spoiler warning here, including for future issues.

Star Wars: Legacy of Vader #5 is about to hit stores, which sees Kylo Ren and the First Order attack Naboo.

Additionally, the cover for issues #5-8 have also been revealed, each one obviously featuring Kylo in different situations.

What’s particularly striking about Legacy of Vader #8 is it features the Knights of Ren in the background, and fans are theorising there’ll be conflict within the group.

It also introduces Tava Ren, another member of the group. Considering Tava was not seen in The Rise of Skywalker, she is presumably either killed or leaves the group at some point.

“THE GIRLS ARE GONNA BE FIGHTING,” writes a fan on X (formerly Twitter).

“OH WE’RE SO F***ING BACK NEW KNIGHTS OF REN CONTENT YESSSSSSS,” another writes.

“So, big question: is Tava Ren being introduced just to be killed off in the comics or is she going to be featured in later movies?” a third user writes.

Although Tava Ren was created for the Legacy of Vader comic run, it’s possible there could be bigger plans for the character.

Star Wars: Legacy of Vader is an ongoing series, and there are at least 10 issues confirmed so far. Legacy of Vader #5 is the next issue, going on sale on 25th June.
