Star Wars finally giving us Knights Of Ren in new series
Redeeming the Knights of Ren
The Knights of Ren are making a comeback in a brand-new Star Wars comic book from Marvel Comics.
Disney’s Star Wars sequel trilogy treased us with the most badass looking unit of troops in the Knights of Ren, a squad that would accompany Kylo Ren and look generally menacing.
However, Disney being Disney, they forgot to follow through on actually using the characters and setting them up to be a force to be reckoned with.
Thankfully, we have Marvel Comics who will do what the house of mouse didn’t, couldn’t, or wouldn’t, and are focusing on the Knights of Ren in The Legacy of Vader #9.

The cover of the latest issue has been revealed over on Twitter, and shows Kylo Ren actually battling Tava Ren, clashing lightsabers.
Tava Ren is the new leader of the Knights of Ren and is trying their best to overthrow Kylo Ren.
Written by comic book legend Charles Soule, with art coming from Stefano Raffaele, the issue releases later this year, in December.
The sneak peek at the cover art has fans excited to see what will happen once the stand-off starts.
“If Tava DOES manage to survive her scuffle with Kylo, I’ve got fingers crossed she could lead her own offshoot of the Knights,” said one fan on Twitter.
Another fan is not convinced the fight will go in Tava’s favour, tweeting simply, “She'll die.”
This comic book run has followed Kylo Ren as he explores Vader’s past, in an attempt to understand his grandfather a little more, and become a more dominating leader to The First Order.
So far, fans have been thrilled with the series, able to see more of the sequel characters through a lens that also looks back to past.
