The infernal cape. A prize only awarded to the most dedicated Old School RuneScape players who have the skill and persistence to sit through the Inferno’s 69 waves of torment. It’s very difficult, and not a challenge to be taken lightly.

With that in mind, you can understand this streamer’s hype when, after around 15 attempts, he finally managed to earn himself the cape. Unfortunately though, as Sportskeeda reports, things quickly took a more serious turn when he got so excited that he passed out on his keyboard.

Over seven hours into his stream, GingerBeardie finally took down TzKal-Zuk - the final encounter right at the end of Inferno. Obviously, he was thrilled: “Yes! Let’s f**king go man. I’m f**king done with this f**king s**thole place man. I swear to god, I'm f***ing done, I ain't f***ing coming back, bruv! I ain’t never coming back!”

After this though, the streamer became visibly dazed, and fell forward onto his keyboard. He was out cold for what felt like a very long 20 seconds before he slowly got back up, still a bit shaken from the incident: “My f**king head, bro. I just headbutted my keyboard man,” he eventually said, rubbing his head from the pain.

Thankfully though, he still managed to claim his long sought-after infernal cape, and eventually recovered - he continued to stream for another hour after the incident, although his forehead remained red from the bump.

As pointed out on the r/LivestreamFail subreddit, GingerBeardie’s chat seemed surprisingly unphased by the streamer collapsing at first, as they continued to celebrate his victory even as he was passed out. More seemed to express their concern after he explained what had happened, however.

On Twitter, the streamer tweeted out his win, along with the caption: “Windows Key imprinted in my forehead for life, passed out, GG.”
