Red Dead Redemption 2 players have discovered how to obtain a rare weapon at the very beginning of the game.
Released in 2018, Red Dead Redemption 2 is the critically acclaimed prequel to the 2010 game starring John Martson.
Earning an all-mighty Metacritic score of 97, Red Dead Redemption 2 is rightly considered to be one of the greatest video games of all time.

To put it bluntly, Red Dead Redemption 2 is huge, not only in terms of map size but also the sheer amount of activities that you can get immersed in.
Whether it’s via engaging side-missions, interesting NPCs, or treasure hunts, there’s plenty to discover in its epic Wild West world.
At the very beginning of the game, Arthur Morgan and his crew of bandits - led by Dutch van der Linde - are fleeing the infamous Blackwater heist which leads them to an epic shootout in the abandoned town of Colton in the middle of a ruthless snowstorm.
This shootout helps to set the tone of Red Dead Redemption 2’s story and Arthur Morgan’s dependence on his fellow gang members. One of those gang members is the dastardly Micah Bell, who wields a Cattleman Revolver.
If you fancy pinching this weapon off Micah during this opening shootout, there is a way, as demonstrated by Reddit user seshenjoyer1996.
A gameplay clip reveals that you must first get the attention of an enemy NPC and when being chased, you lead them straight to Micah.
From there, both Micah and the enemy will get into a fist fight and Micah will drop his Cattleman Revolver.
As soon as he drops his weapon, quickly pick it up and it’s yours to keep. You can even upgrade the gun later in the game.
