Despite the title first being released back in 2018, Red Dead Redemption 2 has gone on to be considered as one of the best single player games of all time, especially due to its attention to detail.

That is why fans were excited to find an easily-missed Easter egg which gives a bit more insight into the game’s main antagonist, Micah.

As we all know, Micah met his demise during the end events of Red Dead Redemption 2 and it is safe to say that the former member of the Van der Linde gang was not missed.

Ultimately killed by his very own after years of betraying them, his death marks the end of the Rockstar story but it is after the credits roll that fans have discovered his final mention.

Found within the pages of the various newspapers sold around the world, one article titled ‘MICAH BELL KILLED’ can be found.

The article, found by one user over on r/reddeadredemption, goes on to explain all of Micah’s exploits in detail, as well as explain how the wanted man met his demise.

Although some fans were excited to find this Easter egg, which is easily missed, others questioned how the journalists knew all of this information.

“How would they even know about this? Who just happened upon Micah’s frosty corpse up in the mountains?” One person asked.

However, in the credits, two Pinkertons were spotted discovering his body and judging by the fact they are also seen questioning people, it is clear that this is the information they gained.

Once again this Easter egg goes to show how much detail Rockstar put into every element of Red Dead Redemption 2, even to the point of writing up full newspaper articles.

It remains to be seen what else will be found in the upcoming years.
