For a game as huge as Red Dead Redemption 2, it should come as no surprise that its world is packed full of secrets, some of which are right under your nose from the get-go.

Released in 2018 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, Rockstar Games’ Red Dead Redemption 2, was met with high critical acclaim and assumed its place as one of the developer's very best releases. This is saying something considering it’s from the studio that gave us Grand Theft Auto V.

Check out the Red Dead Redemption 2 trailer below!

“America, 1899. Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang are outlaws on the run. With federal agents and the best bounty hunters in the nation massing on their heels, the gang must rob, steal and fight their way across the rugged heartland of America in order to survive,” reads the synopsis.

At the very beginning of the game, Arthur and his fellow gang of bandits led by Dutch are escaping the infamous Blackwater incident, an event that many fans hope will be explored in Red Dead Redemption 3.

Just a heads up, we will be venturing into spoilers for the final moments of Arthur’s story in Red Dead Redemption 2, so consider this to be your warning.

Once the Dutch van der Linde gang have escaped the law (for now), they take refuge in the snow-blizzard mountains of Colter. Players will only stay in this location for a short time before exploring the large map of Red Dead Redemption 2.

However, as pointed out by Reddit user I_Digest_Kids, “When the gang is leaving the mountains, you can see up atop the highest point, which eventually becomes Micah's hideout during the epilogue. Pretty cool detail.”

This is indeed a cool moment because it kind of brings the story of Red Dead Redemption 2 full circle with its beginning and end.

“Oh, cool!” said diamondpanther171 with Head-Investment-6454 adding, “The game starts where everything ends.”

Red Dead Redemption 2 is out now on PC, PlayStation and Xbox.
