Red Dead Redemption 2's Arthur Morgan has made his grand return

We've missed that voice

Red Dead Redemption 2 fans can rejoice to learn that Arthur Morgan and his beautiful voice are back but perhaps not in the way you would first expect.

Thanks to the wonderful work of actor Roger Clark, Red Dead Redemption 2’s Arthur Morgan is beloved for many reasons and one of those reasons includes his distinguishable voice.

With the Southern drawl being both gritty and yet comforting, Clark nailed Arthur’s character and so it is no wonder that fans are still eager to hear the iconic voice to this day.

Although it is pretty unlikely that Arthur will return for any future Red Dead Redemption entries, Clark is still a beloved member of the community and so his return has fans feeling nostalgic to say the least.

That is because Clark is the narrator for a brand-new release that comes out later today.

It is Cattle Country, a farming simulator/cosy life sim developed by Castle Pixel LLC.

“Become a determined pioneer traveling west to start a new life,” the Steam synopsis reads.

“Make a home in the mountains, take on bandits, discover dastardly plots, build a farm, develop your town, and make friends with fellow residents.”

So you may be wondering where Clark ties into this Stardew Valley-esque title.

Well, the announcement trailer for Cattle Country featured the distinguishable voice of Clark and it just so happens that he will appear in the opening moments of the game too.

Not only that but seeing as you get to play a cowboy in Cattle Country, you could even go as far as to model your main character off of the beloved Arthur Morgan.

As mentioned, Cattle Country is out later today and will see players build their very own homestead and even fight off bandits who threaten to pilfer your hard-earned work.

Cattle Country releases on PC, Switch, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S and is Steam Deck verified.
