Happy Friday morning everyone. Don’t worry, you’re almost at the weekend, so here’s an extremely wholesome Pokémon story to help perk you up and get across the finish line.

Thank you in advance to Dexerto’s Michelle Cornelia for the original source!

Getting into the Pokémon TCG life is a bit of a dangerous hobby. It’s expensive for a start, but it’s also just incredibly risky.

I’m not a collector myself, but I’ve read countless stories of people getting ripped off when buying cards (that happen to be fake) and the lengths scalpers will go to to make sure that supermarkets across the world are constantly sold out (so they can artificially inflate the price of rare cards).

So that’s why it’s nice that (for the most part) the actual Pokémon TCG community seems to be pretty friendly, because lord knows the people who treat the game like a business to be profited from instead of a hobby to be enjoyed are bringing down the enjoyment factor for the majority of plays.

Coop’s Collection on YouTube is someone you might recognise even if you are in no way interested in the Pokémon TCG scene, because they’re a bit of a star online these days due to their never-ending desire to just give expensive stuff away for free.

However, this time around he actually had a bit of help, because a fella by the name of @BeardDadCardz gifted Coop a massive binder of extremely rare cards prior to his stall opening and asked him to give it away.

Coop decided to give it away to a young lad who had just started collecting and… you know what, just watch the clip. Something this wholesome deserves to be seen, not explained.

You know that kid is gonna remember this moment for the rest of his life.
