A killer PlayStation console exclusive is free to download and keep forever

The PC version of Death Stranding is currently free to download and keep via the Epic Games Store.

Just in case you weren’t already swamped with games to get through, an excellent PlayStation console exclusive is currently totally free to claim, download and play whenever you like, with no strings attached.

I’d be shocked if you aren’t already far too busy with numerous other titles at the minute, though. Basically anyone who owns a Nintendo Switch is going to be preoccupied for months trying to finish The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (those Koroks aren’t going to find themselves). Meanwhile, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor released at the end of last month and is also full of secrets for players to find. That’s not to mention the plethora of free games available to PlayStation Plus subscribers right now, including the brand-new day-one release, Humanity.

If you weren’t already familiar with Humanity, it’s definitely worth checking out. Take a look at the trailer below.

Anyway, if you want to add to your backlog even more, at the time of writing, PC gamers can grab Kojima Productions’ award-winning 2019 action game, Death Stranding, right now at no extra cost via the Epic Games Store.

All you’ll need is an Epic Games Store account so that you can claim the game, and once you’ve done that, you’re able to play it at any time you want in the future. So, even if you're a bit too busy for yet another game right now, you can always save it for later. If you’re interested, you only have a limited time to get in on the offer - it's free until 25 May at 4PM (UK time), so there’s less than a week to claim it. You can redeem the offer here.

During The Game Awards last December, it was officially confirmed that Death Stranding 2 is in development, so now’s a great time to play the first game and get up to speed with the story so far. With that said, we don’t currently have a release window for the sequel, so we could be waiting some time for it.
