One of the most iconic gaming franchises has just leaked its own arrival as a day-one Xbox Game Pass release, as the green team is getting a $30 freebie this October.
Xbox has rapidly been decking out the Game Pass subscription with freebies and day-one releases that can save users a fortune while we wait for Grand Theft Auto VI and its wallet-whacking arrival.
Having been dealt a blow with the exit of The Witcher 3 - which comes as little surprise considering the game is getting a full remaster and a free DLC expansion - Xbox quickly replaced it with another highly-rated fantasy action game that launched with rave reviews on day one.
In fact, the company has announced that eight new games are launching on Game Pass in the coming months, six of which are day-one releases, making the Xbox subscription the place to be for trending titles.

However, one extra game has now been leaked for a day-one Game Pass arrival, as KONAMI is set to drop its next instalment of a fabled series onto the Xbox service for free.
Xbox leaks and deletes Castlevania: Belmont's Curse Game Pass arrival
In a now-deleted post on Instagram, Xbox accidentally revealed that Castlevania: Belmont's Curse will be among the new additions to Game Pass, although neither they nor KONAMI have revealed so yet.
The title comes as the 26th mainline game in one of the most successful series ever made, and will place itself canonically after Dracula's Curse (1989) and Curse of Darkness (2005).
Yet, it really doesn't matter if you're a long-time Castlevania fan or have never played it before, as all games in the franchise stand on their own two feet as incredibly entertaining 2D metroidvania platformers.
Named as one of the most exciting releases in October, alongside Gears of War E-Day, Star Wars: Galactic Racer, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, the game will undoubtedly come with the guaranteed action-packed chaos that the series thrives on.
"Trevor Belmont, the hero who defeated Dracula, ventures into the burning streets with his daughter, Rose Belmont," reads the game description.
"Armed with the legendary holy whip, the Vampire Killer, they hunt down the beasts bleeding from the looming castle. Rose is soon swept up in the dark conspiracy that lurks beneath. Will she succeed in saving Paris from devastation?"
KONAMI rarely misses with Castlevania, rivalling Hollow Knight with every new instalment, and if Xbox is on board for the latest release, you can be your hat it will be one of the franchise's best.
