Xbox users can win a frankly extraordinary amount of in-store credit with a new competition, and if you’re very lucky you’ll walk away with a lifetime supply.
In-store credit is a hell of a thing, as it always feels great redeeming your hard-earned points for £5, £10, even £20 off your next Xbox purchase to save a bit of cash.
You could put it towards your own copy of Indiana Jones And The Great Circle, but if you have Xbox Game Pass I’d just use that instead

Let’s be honest though it’s so hard to earn that credit yourself, makes sense though otherwise no one would be spending actual money on the latest games…
Fortunately Microsoft has generously created a competition to earn yourself a ridiculous $1,000,000 of in-store credit (which will be converted to whatever it equates to in the currency of your country).
You can enter the sweepstakes right now, and while the winner will obviously be walking away with the best prize, the second-place prize isn’t too shabby either.
It’s said that 10 second-place winners will be selected aside from the big winner, with those participants getting $10,000 each.
Let’s be real, your chances of winning are very, very, very slim so don’t expect much, it’s still worth a go through as entries are free.
It’s been a pretty poor year for Xbox when you reflect on 2024, as it killed several studios that could have brought us some great games, it’s sitting on a pile of IPs that it's doing nothing with, and it didn’t walk away with a single Game Award.
After a year like that I’m surprised it’s giving us anything for free, but perhaps this is a way of getting some favour back with its audience?
