If you’ve got some spare time this weekend and you play on Xbox, then you’re in luck especially if you’re a big fan of sports games.

From yesterday Thursday 11 January 2024 until Sunday 14 January, you will be able to play some of Electronic Arts’ best sports games that the publisher has to offer including EA Sports FC 24 and Madden NFL 24.

Check out the EA Sports FC 24 trailer below!

In total, you’ll be able to play seven free EA Sports titles such as NHL 24, F1 23, EA Sports PGA Tour, EA Sports WRC, Super Mega Baseball 4 as well as the aforementioned EA Sports FC 24 and Madden NFL 24 for Xbox Game Pass Core and Ultimate subscribers. However, you will need neither subscription to play EA Sports FC 24. Happy days!

EA has had an interesting year, especially with its football title. EA Sports FC 24 is the first game in the series since the official FIFA branding was dropped, but fear not. Other than a subtle branding name and some gameplay/mode tweaks, this is essentially the same game as FIFA 23 (as shocking as that may be).

All you need to do to play any of these sports titles from Electronic Arts is download them to your Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One console, and once downloaded you can enjoy the full game for the set trial period.

What’s more, during the trial period, not only will you have full access to the EA Sports titles, but all progress and achievements earned will carry over if you decide to purchase the game. Furthermore, some of the titles are currently available at a discounted price. That being said, discounts and availability may differ depending on your region, so please keep that in mind.

All of the above EA Sports titles are available on PC, PlayStation and Xbox with a version of EA Sports FC 24 also being available on Nintendo Switch.
