Steam users are loving a new free download that’s had nothing but positive reviews so far.
With thousands of games available on the PC platform, Steam, whether it’s a AAA big hitter or a new indie darling, it can be easy for even the best of games to get lost in the shuffle.
However, now and again, surprise hits come out of nowhere, much like the recent sensation, Schedule 1.

Sure, many games can disappear from the top of the Steam charts just as fast as they initially appeared, to make way for the next potential indie hit set to be the talk of social media.
A game that could very well be one of the next indie hits on Steam is the new horror game, Amanda the Adventurer 3.
Judging by the trailer alone, this has creepy children’s TV horror vibes, and while looking a bit janky, it’s most importantly impressed gamers who have played its free demo.
“In the thrilling conclusion of the Amanda the Adventurer trilogy, follow Riley as they uncover the ultimate secrets behind Amanda, Hameln, and the mysteries that have plagued Kensdale for decades,” reads the synopsis of the game on Steam.

Developed by MANGLEDmaw Games and published by DreadXP, at the time of writing, Amander the Adventurer 3 has a “Positive” rating on Steam, based on 17 reviews.
It’s worth keeping in mind that some reviews look a bit suss, but even if there are only a handful of genuine reviews, they’re all positive, which is a good sign.
“A creepy and clever teaser with escape-room puzzles and eerie VHS-based storytelling. It nails the analogue horror vibe, though it's short and non-canonical. A solid setup for the trilogy’s finale,” wrote Massimo Solo.
“10 minute(ish) demo, and I already love it! Not much else to say, other than I'm ready for Amanda,” said Healing Vamp.

“Awesome demo,” declared JustCycla. “I can't wait to see how this goes!”
No release date has been announced for Amanada the Adventurer 3 just yet, but hopefully, the demo should help keep you busy. Be sure to wishlist it on Steam to be notified of its full launch.
