Steam Drops 4 New Free Games You Can Download Now, No Catch

Spice up your Sunday

Four new free games have just been released on Steam that you can download now, no strings attached.

If you spend even just a little bit of time scrolling through the front page on Steam, you’ll find a constant barrage of new free games you can download. It’s not necessarily an uncommon thing at this point.

With so many to choose from, we regularly like to pick out new free releases that you can grab, so you can decide for yourself which ones you’d like to play.

This weekend, four new games have come to our attention that you can check out for free, so if you’re stuck with what to play on this fine Sunday morning then you might want to look at these.

Once they’ve been added to your library, they’ll remain there until the end of time itself. So there’s no worries about potentially later losing them from your Steam account.

The four new games added to Steam are as follows:

  • Fishing Friends 3D, a multiplayer fishing game where you bait your hooks, cast your line, and aim to get the biggest fish in the lake. There are tournaments and competitions to participate in, and you can chat to fellow players at the same time.
  • CAPTAIN FIRAT, a survival game where you’re stranded on an island full of cursed skeletons, and must find a way to escape with the villagers of the island.
  • Tears of Vanfell: New Beginning, an action dungeon crawler with roguelike elements. You must select a character and then climb a mountain while facing off against a series of deadly enemies.
  • Inside the Crow´s Nest, an early access game inspired by classic survival horror. Explore an ancient monastery, face the terrors hidden within its corridors, and search for a way to escape.

You can grab these games by heading to their respective store pages on Steam and selecting “Play Game”. If you have Steam installed, you’ll be able to start downloading it to your PC from there.

Be sure to check the system requirements for each game before attempting to play it, as some may require more powerful hardware than what your PC currently has.
