If you’re looking for something new to play this weekend, Steam has you covered. With so many games to download, you’re bound to find something that takes your fancy. We’ve curated a small selection to give you some guidance if you’re feeling a bit spoiled for choice.

All of these games are free to download and play, and if you love them you can add them to your wishlist or buy them now and while away the weekend hours.

The latest installment of Tekken is blowing fans away with bone-crunching action

Starting with Dicefolk, you have here a wonderful roguelike that’s big on tactics as you play as a chimera summoner who must do battle with a gallery of enemies. Next up you should absolutely check out Children of the Sun, which is drenched in gorgeous visual style and tells a tale of vengeance as you try to take down a sinister cult. Out of Action is a stylish, Cyberpunk shooter that can be played in single-player or multiplayer and has a nice brooding theme to it.

Shadows of the Afterland is a point-and-click adventure in the vein of classic Lucasarts titles and will have you laughing as you scratch your head over the puzzles. If you want a slow-paced game then look no further than American Truck Simulator, which is a wonderfully sedate adventure. Code Vein is a Soulslike, hack-and-slash action game that will challenge all your skills while keeping you entertained with an engaging story.

There are seemingly simulators for everything nowadays, including Flea Markets, and if that sounds like your jam, then have at it. Why not go a little old school with Contra and tackle some side-scrolling action in this upcoming new entry to the classic series? There are so many games to recommend, you should definitely try out Shoulders of Giants, or how about Tekken 8? Give Bopl Battle a spin, then follow it up with a scary adventure into The Backrooms. With so many games, you can fill your boots.
