Looking for something new to play?

Steam has you covered, as the storefront is now home to four additional free titles - as reported by SteamGamesPC.

Let’s begin with Blast Course, a first-person puzzle platformer from Amiguito Studios which centres around the gameplay mechanic of rocket jumping.

That’s essentially when you rely on the kickback of an explosive weapon.

“Control kit in a day at work testing ‘Hyperboom’, a revolutionary transport technology based on explosives,” the synopsis reads.

“Overcome four different levels with the help of your own ‘Hyperboom’ and its set of modifications while testing the viability of this new product.”

Already, the game has garnered a ‘Positive’ review score, with players praising the movement and puzzle creativity.

If tower defence games are more your thing, then Royal Wars: Farm TD may be for you.

This one comes from Shadow Profile.

“Place randomly selected towers, merge them to unlock higher tiers, and defend your kingdom through multiple levels. Plant crystals, manage resources, and prepare for epic battles,” says the description.

Also boasting a ‘Positive’ review score, players enjoyed this one for its unique gameplay loop.

Astro Bot has recently been adding free speedrunning levels. Have you tried them out?

For you action-adventure lovers, there’s ELTGAMES’ Fault 24.

This one sees you assume the role of a robot who’s tasked with inspecting a spaceship.

That all sounds simple enough, but within each room, there are repairs that need to be carried out and anomalies to see to.

There’s a large amount of puzzling - and with each puzzle solved, you’ll get closer and closer to discovering the truth of what exactly happened aboard the ship.

Finally, Cojico brings us KAZEKAO, a fast-paced 2D pixel art platformer.

“Step into the paws of the blue cat Kazekao on a mission to retrieve Grandma Miauko's lost cakes scattered across eight uniquely designed levels. Each level demands quick reflexes and perfect timing as you dash, jump, and manoeuvre through obstacles and enemies,” the synopsis reads.

As always, there’s a bit of something for everyone - and with all of the titles being free, there’s no reason not to give them a go.
