Available for a limited time only, Steam is adding a whopping 29 free games to its PC storefront which are available to download right now, no catch.

To celebrate its Real-Time Strategy Fest, Steam is practically giving away some epic titles which are available at no cost from now until 27 January.

Once Human is another free title to add to your Steam library. Check its trailer out below!

So if you are a PC gamer and just so happen to be a fan of the real-time strategy genre, then this is definitely the fest for you.

However, if you are unsure if there is anything for you, let’s take a look at some of the titles available.

Tempest Rising is a classic RTS game set on Earth after a nuclear war. You will be in charge of commanding factions in a last ditch effort for power and resources.

Inspired by RTS titles from the 90s and 00s, this base-building game with fluid hard-hitting combat and two epic single player campaigns is not one to miss out on.

There is also Calyx, a sci-fi RTS which puts you in charge of a space mining outpost which just so happens to be engaged in conflict with an alien organism.

You will need to build your base, manage resources, assemble your forces and take them on if you wish to survive and all with just an outdated AI for company.

Another new demo to try is Crown of Greed which will see you try to survive in the hostile realm of Rodovia.

With an unusual indirect management system, you will need to bend your subjects to your will as you plan, build and manage and offer bounties to heroes who are feeling brave enough.

Last but certainly not least is The King Is Watching, a roguelite kingdom builder which will see you defend your castle against an ever-growing wave of enemies.

With each wave harder than the last, you will need to be careful what you prioritise whether that is resource production or army training.

However, your overall goal will be to allow your subjects to flourish under your ever-present gaze.

All of these titles and many more are available for free courtesy of the Steam Real-Time Strategy Fest.
