Steam unleashes 21 free downloads you've until 18 November to grab

Never let us hear you say you don’t have the right ingredients to enjoy a tasty gaming session.

Thanks to this massive 21 free downloads drop on Steam, there’s no way you can’t find something to play.

If you’re in doubt of that claim, allow us to politely point you in the direction of the Steam Cooking Fest.

Running from now until 18 November, this is a feast for all of you hungry gamers out there with a passion for food.

Due to the number of free downloads available – there’s 21 in total, if you need the reminder – we’re only going to mention a few.

It’s no fun just reading a list about freebies when you could go and check them out for yourselves.

Instead, I’ve selected my top five dishes.

Explore, cook, bake, and stroke dragons in Magical Delicacy.

Magical Delicacy is one of the free demos you need to experience. Having previously played this Whitethorn Games creation, I can tell you that it’s a “delectable experience leaving you hungry for more”.

Another game I urge you to sample is PlateUp!

Described as a “hearty meal not easily swallowed”, it’s fun but also challenging as the game progresses. Still, while it’s hectic, you can’t help but go back for a second helping.

Next up on our list is Tavern Talk, and what do you know, I’ve also played this gem of a game too.

I’m starting to notice a food related pattern...

In my Tavern Talk review, I spoke of the way the drinks entice you in but you end up staying for the story. It’s a must-play for RPG lovers.

Speaking of fantasy, Magical Bakery is another of the 21 free downloads you should check out.

Not only are you a magical individual, but you’re also running a cute bakery. It sounds wonderfully idyllic, so count us in!

For dessert, we offer you Galaxy Burger.

This a “stress-free” way to serve up some delicious grub for the hungry kitties and aliens of the universe. Who wouldn’t want that?!
