Cyberpunk 2077 meets Fallout in jaw-droppingly beautiful new game

It's like Night City all over again

If you are a fan of Cyberpunk 2077 or Fallout, then you will love this upcoming retro-futuristic action game which is guaranteed to combine the best of both worlds.

Developed by Sad Cat Studios and only announced just recently, REPLACED is an upcoming 2.5D sci-fi, retro-futuristic action platformer which combines the neon-soaked streets of Cyberpunk 2077 with the post-apocalyptic feel of the Fallout series.

You will take on the role of R.E.A.C.H., an artificial intelligence trapped inside a human body against its own will.

Combining cinematic platforming, pixel art, and free-flow action combat, REPLACED is a movie-like adventure waiting to be explored.

Set in an alternative 1980s America, this dystopian story will see our protagonist have to adjust to human life in the bustling Phoenix-City.

“Outlaws are rife in a society that has sustained lasting damage and taken a turn for the worse, following a catastrophic nuclear event,” the official Steam synopsis reads.

“Everything is ruled by corruption and greed and the ones in power see humans and their organs as nothing more than currency.”

As mysteries of Phoenix-City start to unravel, R.E.A.C.H. soon begins to understand that everything comes at a price and what better way than to uncover your identity than in a gritty and stylised cyberpunk setting?

REPLACED has not yet received a release date but it is now available to add to your Steam wishlist. Additionally, it is set to launch on Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One.

So if you are eager for more stories set in a cyberpunk setting, are a sucker for pixel graphics or are talented when it comes to platformers, REPLACED is not one to miss out on so I would recommend staying up-to-date with its development.

Not only that but this is the perfect game to keep us busy whilst we wait for the Cyberpunk 2077 sequel.
