If you’ve been on the fence about upgrading to a PlayStation 5, now’s your chance to get a huge discount thanks to a major price drop.

The rest of the year is bringing some incredible games to the PlayStation platform, like Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Baldur’s Gate 3, which almost accidentally became PlayStation exclusive thanks to the Xbox Series S, and many more quality titles.

Check out the gorgeous trailer for Marvel's Spider-Man 2 below .

Would-be PS5 owners who may have been on the fence about getting Sony’s latest console could now have been sold on the idea by the latest games, as well as its existing line-up of exclusives, and luckily, there’s a new offer available to get them onboard too.

Recently, the PS5 has seen a number of price reductions, as well as special bundle deals that snag consumers a free game or two with their console. Now, another deal will bag you the current-gen console, and save you £75 in the process.

By visiting the official PlayStation Direct website, you can get a brand-new PS5 console (with a disc drive) at a huge discount. Select retailers are also offering the same discount.

The offer also comes with a bonus if you’re already a PlayStation Plus subscriber, as you can get express delivery on your shiny new console at no additional cost, provided you add an additional item to your cart, maybe a spare controller for some co-op fun?

Unfortunately, the price reduction doesn’t apply to console bundles, but you could always use the money saved on a new game or two. It also obviously doesn’t apply to the unreleased Spider-Man Limited Edition PS5, though we wish it did.

PlayStation hasn’t confirmed when consoles will return to their original prices, so you better act fast if you want to save a chunk of cash.
