10 best deals in the PlayStation Store October 2026 sale

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Remastered - £17.49/$24.99 was £34.99/$34.99
The latest remaster for CD Projekt RED’s critically acclaimed fantasy RPG, The Witcher 3: Remastered, has received a massive price drop during its launch week. This is without a doubt the definitive way to play this beloved classic, and it even comes with the two expansions, Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine.
Baldur’s Gate 3 - £40.59/$48.99 was £57.99/$69.99
Much like The Witcher 3, Baldur’s Gate 3 is widely considered to be one of the best games of all time, inspired by the classic tabletop RPG, Dungeons & Dragons. When this epic Larian Studios adventure was released in 2023, it took the video game industry by storm, and if you missed out on what the fuss was all about, now’s your chance to find out firsthand. Just stay away from bears, okay?
Halo: Campaign Evolved - £39.99/$39.99 was £49.99/$49.99
Twenty-five years ago, Halo: Combat Evolved was released as an original Xbox launch title in November 2001. Today, this legendary first-person shooter was rebuilt from the ground up using Unreal Engine 5. It doesn't matter if you’re new to the Halo series or a veteran, experiencing the charisma of Master Chief is like no other. Plus, there seems to be something weirdly fun about playing Halo: Campaign Evolved on PS5.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - Campaign Remastered - £9.99 was £19.99
Many will say that 2009’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is the best entry in Activision’s series and has never been topped since. Granted, this remaster is missing the fantastic multiplayer modes, but its single-player campaign still holds up today. For some reason, this game hasn't appeared on the US store at the time of writing. So, UK gamers, take advantage of this offer while you still can.
Starfield - £26.99/$29.99 was £44.99/$49.99
From the developers of The Elder Scrolls series, before launch, fans dubbed Starfield as “Skyrim in space”, and to be fair, they’re not wrong. Bethesda’s Starfield did have a rocky launch, but over time, it’s benefited from a series of content updates, not only making tons of quality-of-life improvements, but also adding loads of new features to the experience. If you were put off by its launch, now's the time to give this intergalactic sci-fi RPG another chance.
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered - £34.99/$34.99 was £49.99/$49.99

Speaking of The Elder Scrolls and Bethesda, here’s The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, released in 2025. However, calling this game a “remaster” does it a complete disservice. This is closer to a fully-fledged remake than a remaster, and with it being created using Unreal Engine 5, it looks absolutely gorgeous. Oblivion was one of the best RPGs when it originally launched in 2006, and two decades later, that remains true.
Gears of War: Reloaded - £15.99/$15.99 was £39.99/$39.99
Xbox and PC gamers are enjoying the release of the prequel Gears of War: E-Day, which will no doubt make some PlayStation gamers understandably envious. Thankfully, they can still play the game that kick-started the series in 2006 on the Xbox 360. Only this time, PS5 gamers can experience its second remaster with Gears of War: Reloaded. To this day, the campaign is still a blast, and so is its competitive multiplayer. So, what are you waiting for? Rev up that Lancer, already!
The Last of Us Part I - £34.99/$27.99 was £69.99/$69.99
When The Last of Us was first released on the PS3 in 2013, it pushed the console to its absolute limits - not only from a gameplay and visual perspective, but also from its emotionally charged story. This is a post-apocalyptic game of its own and is rightly considered to be an all-time great. The Last of Us Part I is a 2022 remake built from the ground up, and is even better than the original. I’m keeping story details spoiler-free, because if you’ve never played this game, you’re in for one hell of a ride.
Assassin’s Creed Unity - £6.24/$7.49 was £24.99/$29.99
It’s fair to say that when Assassin’s Creed Unity was released in 2014 on PlayStation 4, it was somewhat of a buggy mess, which very much tainted what is actually a fantastic game. Set during the French Revolution between 1789 and 1794, you play as a budding young assassin named Arno Dorian, who sets out to take down the Templar Order in Paris. Assassin’s Creed Unity is a much better game today, not only thanks to the post-launch updates that followed its initial release, but also its new-gen 60fps update earlier this year.
Hades II - £17.49/$20.99 was £24.99/$29.99
The first Hades was released by Supergiant Games in 2018, and instantly, it was considered to be one of the best roguelike dungeon crawlers ever. Then, when Hades II arrived in 2024, some said that it’s an even better game. Just how a sequel should be. You play as Melinoë, Princess of the Underworld, as you fight against the forces of Chronos, the Titan of Time. One of the best things about Hades II is that it’s very much a standalone story, and you don't need any experience with the first game. Though, we always recommend checking that out too.
