Subscribers to Sony’s PlayStation Plus service on PS5 and PS4 always have something for everyone no matter your preferred genre.

Whether you like first-person shooters, horrors, sports games and more, you’d struggle not to find at least one game that won’t tickle your fancy. However, one genre that has caught the eye of PS Plus subscribers in recent years is the RPG and fans are hoping that they’ll be treated to a gem this coming November.

Check out the trailer for Marvel’s Midnight Suns below!

In a Reddit post by user kabirsingh84, they highlighted the fact that in every month of November since 2019, Sony has included at least one RPG in its subscription service. “November is RPG month?” they exclaimed.

Since 2019 some of the RPGs featured in PlayStation Plus include the likes of Nioh and Nioh 2 from Team Ninja, the Metroidvania-inspired Hollow Knight: Voidheart Edition, Kingdoms of Amalur: Re Reckoning and more.

“Man Nioh 2 was such a good PS+ give. I really hope Team Ninja does a Nioh 3 or something similar, Wo Long just didn't hit the same notes for me,” replied social_sin. “Even more reason it will be Marvel’s Midnight Suns,” said a hopeful mesosalpynx.

At this time, the PlayStation Plus line-up for next month hasn't been announced. That being said, rumours have recently been circulating that PS Plus in November 2023 could include LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, Forspoken and Spyro Reignited Trilogy to name a few. One other game that has been the talk of Reddit forums is the aforementioned and criminally underrated turn-based RPG Marvel’s Midnight Suns.

In our review of Marvel’s Midnight Suns, we said that it is: “Genuinely the best superhero game of 2022, and an adventure that no fan of costumed do-gooders should miss.”

Judging by previous announcements, hopefully, we can expect Sony to reveal the first batch of games to be included in PS Plus next month within the next week or so. We’ll keep you posted as soon as that news drops.
