Today marks the arrival of the extra and premium tiers’ latest free game offerings on PlayStation Plus.
May’s extra tier line-up includes Star Wars Outlaws, Red Dead Redemption 2, Bramble: The Mountain King, The Thaumaturge, Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn, Broken Sword - Shadows of the Templar: Reforged, and Enotria: The Last Song Standard Edition.
Time Crisis is the month’s only new premium tier addition.
As is always the way, given that these titles are now available to play, PlayStation Plus has revealed which free games will be departing next month.
June is set to deliver one heavy loss in particular. While Red Dead Redemption 2 has only returned to PlayStation Plus today, Red Dead Redemption is departing in a few weeks.

Rockstar Games only tend to loan their titles out to PlayStation Plus for six-months at a time which is why Red Dead Redemption 2 has left and returned on several occasions.
The initial Red Dead Redemption arrived back in December, so its departure next month is expected, marking the end of a six-month tenure.
Even still, it’s incredibly disappointing to see this 95 score Metacritic must-play marked for departure.

This is the first time that both Red Dead Redemption and Red Dead Redemption 2 have been available on PlayStation Plus at the same time.
If you were planning on marathoning the two games back to back, you’ve got a pretty short window to do so.
Red Dead Redemption should be sticking around for roughly four more weeks, likely disappearing on 16 June.
It’ll be joined by five more games, which are also leaving on that date.
Those are The Incredibles, Lawn Mowing Simulator Landmark Edition, Lawn Mowing Simulator, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game, and We Love Katamari REROLL + Royal Reverie.
“S**t, I wanted to play Red Dead,” remarked Reddit user deafpish.
“F**king hell, I just started RDR,” added karimbmn.
All hope isn’t lost, as you do have a month left to enjoy these games, with some of them boasting achievable completion times.
You’re looking at about 16 to 18 hours for Red Dead Redemption’s main story, or over 45 hours for a completionist playthrough.
Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game’s main story can be completed in under five hours, while Lawn Mowing Simulator and the Landmark Edition’s main campaign sit at around the 16-hour mark.
Of course, those games also boast larger play times if you go for absolute completion.
Finally, We Love Katamari REROLL + Royal Reverie is another short one with a main story time of around five hours.
With all of this in mind, you could get through several of these departing games before their time is up next month.
The latest PlayStation Plus update is due on 27 May, when the next essential tier games will be confirmed ahead of their arrival on 2 June.
