PlayStation Plus free game 'the best' on PS5 right now, fans enthuse

The PlayStation Plus subscription service may get a lot of slack for its monthly games but this 2018 adventure game is not only considered as one of the best, but is also free to download right now.

PlayStation Plus members are already in for a busy month this September with Sony adding thirteen exciting new games to the service.

However, if none of the new additions take your fancy, this other offering may just capture your interest.

Released in 2018 by Quantic Dream, Detroit: Become Human is an adventure game which follows the story of three androids.

Players will take control of Kara, an android that escapes her previous owner after coming to terms with her own sentience; Connor, a fellow android whose job it is to hunt down rogue units and Markus, an android who has dedicated his life to freeing his fellow sentient androids.

In Detroit: Become Human, players' choices matter and can mean life or death for the main characters.

That is why one fan recently took to r/PlayStationPlus to share their love of the game.

“Detroit: Become Human is one of the best games I've ever played on PS5,” they posted.

“As a very casual gamer who has an extremely busy life, not only was it the only game that I platinumed, but also the one that got me back into gaming - the story is absolutely amazing, the interaction with the controller is top notch and a lot of potential for replayability.”
