If you’ve been waiting for a good opportunity to grab a PlayStation 5 at a discounted price, this might be the best chance you're ever going to get.

Last year, the PS5 got a permanent price hike in a number of countries, including the UK. Here, Disc Edition consoles rose from £449.99 to £479.99, and Digital Edition consoles went from £359.99 to £389.99, which is pretty dang significant.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is swinging exclusively onto PS5 later this year. Take a look at the trailer below.

Anyway, this new offer, which has been highlighted by Trusted Reviews, is so good that last year’s price increase isn’t even a concern anymore. At the time of writing, Currys is offering a stellar Disc Edition PS5 bundle, which comes with a brand-new console as well as a copy of the PS5 version of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga for the low, low price of £399.00. So, that’s about £80 less than the console alone would usually cost you, and you get a great game to boot.

Although LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga might not be the first game many would think of when it comes to selecting the titles they’d most like to play on a shiny, new PlayStation 5, it’s one of 2022’s most underrated gems, and it seriously deserves your attention. In his review, GAMINGbible’s Tom Ryan-Smith was full of praise for the game, and gave it an eight out of 10. He wrote: “LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is the complete Star Wars video game experience, in a way only a LEGO game can be. If there was ever to be a Skywalker Saga: The Video Game ‘proper’, it wouldn’t have a chance to let players experience all the wild wonders of the universe like this.”

With or without the game, this is an amazing deal. It’s not clear how long the offer will last, so if you’re interested, be sure to grab the bundle while you can right here.
