The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has just received a brand new quest which is just perfect for Warhammer fans.
Skyrim continues to be the game that keeps on giving, because while we're still waiting for The Elder Scrolls VI, there is plenty of new free content coming to the game via mods.
With thousands of mods adding new quests, items, and characters to the game, you're guaranteed to find something you might enjoy.
Warhammer fans may want to look at this new mod from CharderoTheLupe titled Peryite's Vermin Prophet, which is an addon for the Skaven of Skyrim expansion.

The mod adds a small dungeon to explore, featuring a lot of monsters tuned to a level of around 30+, so it's not for newcomers.
However, considering it uses the Skaven of Skyrim mod as a baseline, you'll obviously be fighting Skaven inside this dungeon.
At the end of the dungeon lies a challenging boss, the Skaven Grey Seer known as Raskitt.
If you want to download the mod now, you can pick up Peryite's Vermin Prophet from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition page on Nexus Mods now.

Warhammer fans will need no introduction to what the Skaven are, but for those who are a little less in tune with the lore I'll do my best to explain.
The Skaven are a race of anthropomorphic rat creatures, who live in a subterranean society called the Under-empire.
They've appeared in various texts across the Warhammer universe, but fans of the video games will best remember them from Total War: Warhammer 2 and both Vermintide games.
The race of ratmen were added to Skyrim with the Skaven of Skyrim mod back in 2021, which added fully voiced Skaven to the world of The Elder Scrolls.
It's just one mod in a long line of Warhammer-themed mods which fans can install to transform The Elder Scrolls into adopting more elements of that universe.
While we wait for news regarding The Elder Scrolls VI, it's a good time to revisit Skyrim and check out some of the free mods which are available for you to pick up.
All of Those Undead Creatures is a new mod which adds two dungeons to loot, meaning you'll have plenty of challenging boss areas to explore if you're getting a little sick of the base game content.
Meanwhile, modder Flowrifto has released a series of Thieves Guild overhauls which aim to tweak the questline to offer you more player agency and new outcomes which react dynamically to your decisions.
If you're after something a little more expansive, we also have a list of the best Skyrim quest mods which can add on hundreds of hours to your logged playtime.
