Given that it’s been out for about half a decade, it’d be understandable if you thought you’d experienced every morsel of content that Red Dead Redemption 2 has to offer. It may be huge, but it’s a single-player game with a finite amount of stuff in it, after all.

However, there’s actually a certain amount of official content that got cut from the final version of the game, for some reason. Perhaps Rockstar Games just deemed it all unnecessary, for some reason. I don't know. You can be the judge of that yourself thanks to this new mod from Nexus Mods user roastedflamingo, which restores it all to the PC version of the game.

Take a look at some of the funniest wins and fails from Red Dead Redemption 2 below.

Specifically, the mod restores a whole load of cut dialogue. It’s an enhanced version of an older mod titled Cut Dialogue Restoration and Enhancement - this new one (simply called Cut Dialogue Enhanced) includes brand new voice lines for starting and winning fights, narrowly avoiding bullets, and buying items and clothes. What’s more, your in-game Honor will influence which lines will be used - the modder has also tweaked the probability of all the dialogue showing up so that it doesn’t get repetitive.

If you’re a big Red Dead fan, chances are you’ve probably already heard the rampant Red Dead Redemption remake rumours (that’s a bit of a tongue twister). A new rating for the game on South Korea's Game Rating and Administration Committee (GRAC) website turned heads in June, but a brand new logo for the title on Rockstar Games’ website last week sent the fanbase absolutely wild. Rockstar is yet to confirm if anything is actually happening, though.

Back to the matter at hand though - if you want to try Red Dead Redemption 2's Cut Dialogue Enhanced mod out yourself, you can find it right here on Nexus Mods, where it can be downloaded totally free. Again, this only works for the PC version of the game, so anyone on PlayStation or Xbox is out of luck.
