GTA 6 can wait, Vice City: Next Gen Edition is coming soon

Rockstar Games is determined to draw out the reveal of the second GTA VI trailer, leaving us with few options.

We could choose to simply wait, akin to watching paint dry, or we could instead say sod that and focus on Vice City: Next Gen Edition.

For full transparency, this project isn’t ready either.

But given how long we’ve waited for GTA VI, what’s one more incomplete GTA game to fawn over?

The love for Vice City is strong, so it’s likely you’ve been closely watching this project since it was first announced.

Your patience has paid off, as it’s at 95 percent completion.

To herald this new milestone, the developers, Revolution Team, have shared a story trailer.

Everyone is hyped.

However, they also have the same question: when will it be ready to play?

No specific launch date has been given just yet.

Thankfully, the developers assure us that the project is in its “final testing stage”. Furthermore, that a gameplay trailer is “coming soon”.

With the latest GTA VI teaser being roasted by fans (can they please make up their minds whether they’re happy or not?) gamers need something to look forward to.

We’d love to say that the second Rockstar Games trailer will drop before the Vice City: Next Gen Edition one, but we just don’t know anymore.

Either way, we’ll be here, popcorn bucket in hand, ready to watch the fireworks.
