PC gamers can claim two free games worth $32.98 on the Epic Games Store right now, including a must-play 2026 horror. These free PC games won’t be available forever, so it’s worth claiming them now before it’s too late. You only have until October 22, 2026.
The first of the two free PC games in question is Bad Cheese, a unique indie first-person horror game developed by Simon Lukasik and published by Feardemic. The second game is the spy puzzle game Agent A: A Puzzle in Disguise, developed and published by Yak & Co.
Bad Cheese is a free horror game PC players shouldn't miss

Bad Cheese is a psychological horror game that, at least visually, draws comparisons to Cuphead and Mouse: P.I. For Hire, taking inspiration from 1920s animation. You play as a young mouse who has to spend the weekend with his dysfunctional father while his mother is away. The premise is quite simple: complete household chores, cook meals, kill spiders and bring your father his medication. Simple, right?

Well, there are a few unnerving obstacles in your way, and it's not just about avoiding punishment from your father in a disturbing environment. The house is also full of sinister monsters! Somehow, Bad Cheese feels even scarier with its hand-crafted cartoon aesthetic.
On the aggregate website Metacritic, Bad Cheese has a respectable user score of 7.1 and an RRP of $12.99/£10.29.
Agent A: A Puzzle in Disguise is another free PC game to claim

Agent A: A Puzzle in Disguise is a stylish, spy-themed puzzle game that will especially appeal to 007 First Light and Deathloop fans. It’s set in the 1960s, and you play the role of Agent A, whose mission is to infiltrate enemy spy Ruby La Rouge’s secret hideaway to uncover and expose her devious plans.
This is a game that will have you scratching your head as you try to solve around 100 inventory-based puzzles across 35 unique environments. It’s a classic cat-and-mouse, spy-versus-spy tale that should not be missed. Agent A: A Puzzle in Disguise also has a respectable Metacritic user score of 7.5 and an RRP of $19.99/£15.99.

Can you keep these free PC games forever?
Yes, you can. Once both games are claimed, they’re yours to keep forever. The only catch is that you’ll need to use the Epic Games Store launcher to play them. That’s unless the publishers decide to wipe them both out of existence, as can happen in today's digital world.
While these games aren't currently available for free on consoles, you may be pleased to know that Bad Cheese and Agent A: A Puzzle in Disguise are also available on PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch.
