Highly Awaited Cozy Game Sequel Gets New Free Taster On PC

PC gamers can now pick up a demo for the sequel to one of 2021's biggest cosy games.
Cozy Grove was an immensely popular cosy game when it launched back in 2021, so much so that it was nominated for Family Game of the Year that year.
Following Netflix's acquisition of Spry Fox a year later, the game got a sequel in 2024 exclusively for mobile devices.
However, that all seems set to change with the upcoming release of Cozy Grove: Camp Spirit on PC later this year, breaking free of its mobile exclusivity.

The Cozy Grove series is a life simulation where you play as a custom character and are tasked with aiding spirits enter the afterlife by completing different tasks.
As such, a majority of the game involves crafting items or otherwise navigating to collect them.
And like some other life sim games like Animal Crossing, it takes place in real time with no option to skip ahead or go back in time, with each new day giving you a fresh set of tasks.
That makes it an excellent game to play in small chunks. You won't be sitting there for hours playing it, but you'll chip away at it over time.
Cozy Grove: Camp Spirit is more of the same, but expands on some underutilised ideas from the first game while also presenting you with a new set of tasks to complete.

There's no concrete release date announced yet for the PC version of Cozy Grove: Camp Spirit, but we imagine we'll hear more before the end of summer.
