We can all agree that Pokémon Gold and Silver are peak Pokémon games; anyone who disagrees is just wrong.

Out of all the possible Pokémon experiences we want on the Nintendo Switch 2, those Gen 2 titles are among the most requested.

While they’ve yet to be announced – we keep the faith, nevertheless – there is a wonderful Gen 2 surprise coming our way this year.

But when will be get more Pokémon Legends: Z-A news???

Pokémon Unite is about to introduce another new ‘mon to its collection.

Having prepared for the game to be a flop, it’s surprised everyone by becoming a popular part of the Pokémon franchise.

As a result, it’s regularly updated to ensure that fans keep coming back for more.

The latest addition to the Pokémon Unite roster is Suicune.

This legendary ‘mon was featured on the front of Pokémon Crystal, if you'll recall, so it makes sense that it’s finally being added to the game despite there being so many Pokémon to choose from.

Suicune has also starred in other Nintendo games, such as Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, further solidifying it as one of the more popular ‘mons out there.

Although there’s no set date for when Suicune will join Pokémon Unite, it’s believed its preferred battle style has been revealed by @ElChicoEevee via X.

Apparently, Suicune will be an “All-Rounder”. What is more, it’s theorised that Suicune will be a Special-Attacker due to its “stats in the main game series”, as per Sportskeeda.

However, as this update has come by way of a leak, we have to approach all details regarding it with caution.

It certainly seems to be legitimate, yet without The Pokémon Company confirming it as such, we prefer to err on the side of caution.

With Pokémon Day just around the corner on 27 February, it could be that an announcement will be made then if an announcement is to be made at all.
