Nintendo Switch owners can grab two retro throwbacks as part of Nintendo Switch Online.

As part of the Nintendo subscription service, which not only allows for online multiplayer, but a wealth of old school games available to play for free, two new arrivals promise “puzzles, brawls and ninjas galore.”

Nintendo Switch Online has added a few new titles this week

If you’re a retro fan and enjoy dipping back into years gone by, you’ll like;y have a blast with these two bangers.

First up, you’ve got Fatal Fury 2, a classic port from the arcade to the SNES.

This SNK title is a one-on-one fighter filled with outlandish characters and iconic brawlers who have gone on to establish a legacy in the genre.

Terry Bogard is an instantly recognisable face in the world of fighters, and here you can play one of his first appearances on console.

Super Ninja Boy is another game available to play through Nintendo Switch Online.

This one is a side-scrolling RPG filled with, as the title says, ninjas.

Some tricky platforming and turn-based battles await in this stylish pixel gem from yesteryear.

Fans will be thrilled with this inclusion, as the original game had no save system, making it a tough experience nowadays.

With the features built into the Nintendo Switch Online catalogue, you will be able to put the game down and pick up where you left it.

Nintendo has been slowly bringing more and more titles to the Switch through this subscription service.

You will have to subscribe to the ‘Expansion Pack’ option in order to access these SNES games, as well as plenty of others across NES, Game Boy, and N64.

Once you’ve subscribed you can explore a wealth of classic Nintendo titles from Super Mario through to Zelda, with some quirky one-offs along the way.
