Omg Bloodborne 2

Ladies and gentleman, FromSoftware has made a game for the Nintendo Switch 2 and it looks so, so bizarre.

You heard me right, the minds behind Dark Souls, Elden Ring and Bloodborne have made a Nintendo Switch 2 game that looks oddly like Bloodborne 2; it’s not but it does look like it.

See the trailer for the bizarre title below.

The Nintendo Switch 2 Direct has been full of surprises so far, but dare I say this is the most surprising surprise in the history of surprises.

The Duskbloods is an upcoming soulsborne title that sets players free in a city that’s eerily similar to Yharnam.

We saw some horrendous looking bosses, including beasts and people with various forms of weaponry, as well as a jetpack for some reason. It looks very different to anything FromSoftware has put out so far, and I'm very excited to see more.

It's also amazing to see a FromSoftware game be an exclusive for a Nintendo platform, even in my wildest dreams I never saw that happening; yes, this is a Switch 2 exclusive.

Don’t get too excited just yet though, as the game isn’t going to be a launch title, it’ll arrive much later in 2026 according to the trailer.

Nevertheless, it's very exciting, and it pairs beautifully with the latest news that Elden Ring is coming to the Nintendo Switch 2 as well, another surprise we didn't see coming at all.

I do feel a little bad for my fellow Bloodborne fans though, we've been waiting for a sequel, remaster or remake for years now on PlayStation and haven't gotten one, yet Nintendo is getting a game very similar as an exclusive.

Don't get me wrong, as a big FromSoftware fan, I'm going to be there day one to play The Duskbloods, it looks incredible.
