The Dragon Age freebies have already started trickling through.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard is only over a week old, yet the free download content has started to make an appearance.
Thankfully, not because the game is fundamentally broken.

That said, this new patch does iron out a few small issues some players have experienced. But more importantly, it introduces a very desirable bonus.
In celebration of Mass Effect's N7 Day, some new goodies await you at the Lighthouse.
The items in question are two N7 inspired pieces of armour.
A chest will appear next to the Workshop after you update your game with the latest patch. Should you not see a chest, this is because you’ve not progressed through enough of story yet.
Fortunately, you won’t have to play too much longer to trigger it.
Once you’ve completed ‘The Singing Blade’, which is a fairly early main story quest, the chest will show up.
As for the pieces of armour, they’re almost identical save for one option having an effortlessly chic coat detailing.
It’s a small difference that offers a dramatic aesthetic contrast.
What is more, the note that comes with the newly added items is an extra nod towards Shepard and their efforts to save the galaxy.
“I guess this chest got lost in the Fade, and someone shepherded it to our doorstep. Is it just me, or does the armour look somehow familiar – like something an old friend would wear? – Harding,” reads the note.
These two new outfits, in addition to the other special options already included in the game, makes for an extra satisfying treat for BioWare fans.
Seeing as Mass Effect fans still have the same complaint about the next game, this bonus won’t appease them, but it might just put a smile on their faces.
