Palworld devs announce furry dating sim that includes 'dismemberment', help

You know Palworld, right? The game that is kind of Pokémon, but with MMO mechanics, and guns?

Well, the developers of Palworld have announced a new game in the series, and it’s very much not what we were expecting.

Now, keep in mind, this could very well be an April Fool’s joke - oh joy, the best day of the year - but then there’s a chance that it’s very real, weirder things have happened.

Why weird? Well, the new game, Palworld - More Than Just Pals - is a dating sim, probably aimed at furries.

Hey, I’m not going to yuck your yum, if this is your thing, get at it, dog. No judgements from me.

In this surprising game, you play as a student living a school life surrounded by fluffy and scaly Pals, who you can romance or befriend.

Note, the synopsis also mentions you can dismember and eat your new Pal friends, so perhaps this is also aimed at some other very niche demographics.

There’s no release date, which makes us think this is a very elaborate prank, but it’s a good one, so let’s roll with it.

If this is your thing, you’ll be happy to see that you can romance a whole host of people and creatures.

Some are very cute, and colourful, while others are more of an acquired taste - just scroll down the Steam page, and you’ll see what I mean.

There’s a tarantula Pal that is adorable, and I assume you can romance her and take advantage of all the sticky webbing she has available.

God, the things I write about for this job. I kind of hope this is a real game, just so someone at GAMINGbible has to review it.
