
Lego fans, this is not a drill. The Nintendo Game Boy Building Set is finally back in stock, but you'll need to hurry.
In case you missed it, the Lego Game Boy is an authentic replica of the gaming console you're to sure remember from childhood.
A blast from the past, it's built to scale with all of the buttons and controls from the original. It even comes with two Lego cartridge games, The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening or Super Mario Land, that feature swappable screens.
The only difference this time around? You'll need to build it from the 421 Lego pieces provided. Once complete, there's a buildable stand to proudly display the device for all to admire.
First introduced in 1989, the Game Boy was created in Japan, and has since sold over 100 million units worldwide. A new dimension of gaming, it enabled fans the freedom to play their favourite games, think Tetris and Pokémon, on the move for the very first time.

Where to pre-order the Lego Game Boy
As mentioned above, the Nintendo Game Boy sold out instantly after it dropped online, and has only just come back in stock. At the time of writing, you can now pre-order the Game Boy on Amazon for £54.99.

The gadget features the +Control Pad, A and B buttons, SELECT and START buttons, contrast adjustment, and Game Pak slot as the original. Once built, you can display the brick-built Game Boy on its stand. The gadget will be shipped from October 1, 2025.

Judging by the fact the Lego Game Boy sold out instantly online, it's certainly popular. When the news broke in January on social media platform X, thousands of gamers rushed to express their excitement.
