MrBeast teases trip to space for 'unfathomable' YouTube video

MrBeast has revealed that he plans to go to space for an upcoming YouTube video.

YouTuber MrBeast has come up with plenty of ‘unfathomable’ ideas in recent memory. Just last year, the content creator spent a whopping $3.5 million on a recreation of Squid Game with the winner taking home $456,000. The stunt kind of missed the entire point of Squid Game but hey, people enjoyed watching it.

MrBeast then tried to one-up his Squid Game stunt with the 100 Million Challenge. The YouTuber invited 100 subscribers to a private island. The prize? The island itself. Money is seemingly no object for MrBeast which is a fact that could come in handy because MrBeast now wants to go to space.

Content creators certainly do a good job at entertaining us. Check out some of our favourite Twitch wins and fails below.

During a recent interview on the FULLSEND podcast (via Dexerto), MrBeast was asked if he had any plans to go to space. It may seem like a weird question to put to a YouTuber. After all, going to space is no easy feat yet it’s something MrBeast is seemingly planning to do as soon as next year, describing the stunt as “unfathomable.”

He said, “There will be something like next year that … yeah. You’ll see something, it’s almost unfathomable.” He added, “I’m f**king terrified. Less than a thousand people have gone to space, and think about all the people that have died on the way up. Space travel is great, it’s safe. We’ll find out when I go.”

Knowing MrBeast, it won’t be a simple ‘I went to space’ affair either. It wouldn’t be a MrBeast video without a ludicrous twist.
