A new Life is Strange release looks to be on the way that will see Max and Chloe reunited, according to a recent leak.
In 2015, largely thanks to Telltale Games, the video game episodic format was in full swing, thanks to the likes of its adaptation of The Walking Dead comics, as well as The Wolf Among Us, Game of Thrones and more.
Developed by Dontnod Entertainment and published by Square Enix, Life is Strange is a coming-of-age tale starring Max Caulfield, who has supernatural powers that allow her to rewind the past and change the future, for better or worse.
Sometimes, Max’s decisions to change the future worked out well, but other times, they made things much, much worse for Max and those around her. The decisions that you made in the game would make each playthrough different from the last and would conclude with various endings.

Without giving too much away, Max also had a best friend, Chloe Price and depending on those choices in each of its episodes, it could and would drastically impact her life. Chloe would also get her own spin-off that was a prequel to the main game called Life is Strange: Before the Storm.
Sadly, Life is Strange: Before the Storm would be the last time we’d see Chloe, but if this recent leak is true, she and Max could be set for an emotional reunion. However, I’m not sure how that would work at this moment; I guess only time will tell.

A New Life Is Strange Looks to Be on the Way!
As brought to our attention by Push Square, Life is Strange: Reunion had appeared on the European ratings board, PEGI.
Yet, that rating has since been removed from the website. I would assume it will be a multiplatform title.
The description on the PEGI website read: “Chloe Price was Max Caulfield’s partner in time: losing her is Max’s greatest regret. Now Chloe has come to Caledon University.
“Haunted by nightmares and impossible memories, Chloe needs Max’s help. But Max is already in crisis: in three days, a deadly inferno will destroy the campus.”
The rating also detailed that the game would feature drugs, violence, which is nothing new for those familiar with this series. It also mentions a drink spiking incident.
The last game in the series is Life is Strange: Double Exposure, released in 2024 and developed by Deck Nine.
I would assume that Life is Strange: Reunion could be a direct sequel or even an alternate timeline spin-off.
Hopefully, we’ll learn all the official details in the coming weeks, and we’ll keep you posted when that information drops.
