Justice League Full Circle has been announced by Zack Snyder in honour of his daughter, who passed away in 2017.

Man of Steel director Zack Snyder was initially at the helm of the Justice League movie that was released in 2017. Sadly, Joss Whedon had taken over directional duties due to the Snyder family tragically losing their daughter Autumn to suicide at the age of just 20 years old.

Snyder would later release a four-hour cut of Justice League in 2021 bringing to fruition his intended vision to high acclaim with an audience score of 93% on Rotten Tomatoes and 8.1 on IMDB.

However, in the hope that no one will ever go through what the Snyder family endured, as reported by Deadline, the fundraising event Full Circle, a Special Three-Day Celebration of the Snyderverse Trilogy has been announced to support the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

The Snyderverse trilogy includes Man of Steel (2013), Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016) and finally, Zack Snyder’s Justice League (2021). The special event will take place at the Ahmanson Auditorium at ArtCenter College of Design from 28 to 29 April, with a third screening on 30 April at the Universal Cinema AMC at CityWalk Hollywood.

Furthermore, the event will also feature in-person (and livestreams) of Q&As with Snyder as well as some special guests. The location in which this event will be held is one of significance for the movie maker. In 1989, Snyder earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film and is a member of the ArtCenter’s Board of Trustees.

“We’re honoured to participate in this fundraiser in support of suicide prevention and to help increase awareness of this important issue in our community,” said Karen Hofmann, president, ArtCenter College of Design.

Tickets as well as additional details on the special fundraising event can be found on the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention website. In related news, Zack Snyder’s Justice League recently beat Avengers: Endgame in a fan vote.
