We’re well into the Halloween season and Hogwarts Legacy fans have found the perfect way to enjoy DLC.
Hogwarts Legacy was released in 2023 and it was the dream game for fans of Harry Potter’s Wizarding World. Like never before have we enjoyed a game that immersed us in its universe quite like this action RPG from Avalanche Software and published by Warner Bros. Games.

When Hogwarts Legacy launched, its ‘Haunted Hogsmeade Quest’ DLC was exclusive to PlayStation. Thankfully, however, it’s now available across all platforms where you can play the popular game.
“Cassandra Mason has a shop to sell you in Hogsmeade, but all is not as it seems in this mysterious, run-down establishment. What sinister secrets lie beneath Madam Mason’s shop and why is she so keen to sell it? The answers to these questions can only be found in the Haunted Hogsmeade Shop quest,” reads the description of the DLC.
Furthermore, upon completing the DLC, players will be rewarded with a bonus Hogsmeade Shop, where they can buy gear and sell items at better rates than all the other shops in Hogsmeade Village.
Without giving too much away, ‘Haunted Hogsmeade is a spooky piece of DLC making it the perfect content to play on Halloween and that’s exactly what some gamers have done on Reddit.
“Did you save your Haunted Hogsmeade mission for Halloween?” asked zenKeyrito. “I figured what better time to experience the best mission in the game than during Halloween?”
“Is this the one where you get your own shop? That still gives me nightmares,” said juliasafrik.
“It really is the best mission in the game. Creepy fun,” DepartureHungry declared.
“I have to work on Halloween, so my girlfriend and I did it together on the 28th,” replied GamerBoyBrandon12.
