Despite being released almost 20 years ago, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is still hailed as one of the best video games of all time, with fans calling it a technological marvel.
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas was the fifth major instalment in Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto series and follows the story of Carl Johnson after escaping the pressures of life in Los Santos. Set in the early 90s, Carl soon finds himself having to return to his home after the murder of his mother and he finds a city torn apart by drug dealers and gangbangers. Finding himself framed for murder, CJ must do what it takes to save his family and the streets he calls home.

Despite the video games industry coming a long way since it was released, it is no surprise it is hailed as one of the greatest gaming experiences. Let us hope the same can be said in the next 20 years when we finally get the release of Grand Theft Auto VI.
