It is always hard to believe that it has been well over a year since the first official trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI dropped, especially when you consider that there is still no sign of the second release.

However, with Grand Theft Auto VI expected to launch in just a few months in Fall 2025, fans are starting to worry if the second official trailer will ever even happen at all.

Check out the trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI below!

Trailer one was released back in December 2023 and gave us our first official look at the highly-anticipated Grand Theft Auto entry.

Viewers got their first look at the new-and-improved Vice City as well as a chance to officially meet brand-new protagonists, Jason and Lucia.

That being said, it has been over 500 days since the GTA VI trailer was released and so it is no wonder that some fans are starting to believe that the next one “doesn’t feel real” anymore.

The discussion recently kicked off over on r/GTA6 when one user posted the following:

“Trailer 2 is going to come some day, but it doesn't feel real at all.

“We all know it will come someday, most likely at the maximum of a few months.

But it doesn't feel real to me anymore. The idea of trailer 2 sounds like a dream fiction with no actual reality behind it.”

It was not long before the comments filled up with the thoughts of other eager fans and it seems as though many agree that trailer two seems like something of a fever dream in recent months.

“It’s gonna be f**king surreal when it drops,” the top comment reads.

“Knowing that IT IS COMING at some point is enough to keep me excited. I’m making the most of other games at the moment because I won’t be playing anything else when that drops.”

However, user TS2398 feels differently.

“I'm a bit fed up with it,” they admitted.

“Over 500 days and we haven't heard anything.

It's becoming a bit ridiculous and I'm not even that hyped anymore.

Maybe it comes back once the trailer drops. I think I just go on with life and don't think about it anymore. When it comes, it comes.”

It is anybody’s guess when Rockstar will finally release the second official trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI.

However, with fans starting to feel the frustration, it could not come soon enough.
