A potential leak for GTA 6 has revealed the game’s pricing, and fans are already arguing.
Earlier this week, a new report by insider “Millie A” suggested a few new details surrounding Grand Theft Auto 6’s release plan, particularly with its release date, pricing, and editions.
While GTA 6 is still planning to stick to that 26th May 2026 release date, the leak claims that internal talks at Rockstar Games indicate another delay to September might be possible.
The leak also claims that GTA 6 will have three editions to buy; Standard, Deluxe, and Premium. Standard is priced at £69.99, Deluxe at £89.99, and Premium at £109.99.

It also says the game will be marketed on PS5, with special console bundles and promotions for PS5 and PS5 Pro sales in the post-launch.

As with all leaks, it’s best to take all the claims with a grain of salt. Even if the insider has a pretty good track record, it’s best to wait on Rockstar to confirm or deny any rumours.
“This may be pessimistic, but there is no way online launch goes smoothly for ‘first’ people,” reads one comment on Reddit.
“Why would I pay for early online access,” another reply reads. “I’ll be playing single player first anyways, unless they mean ‘a week early but still a month after launch’”.
“It’s gonna be the perfect Playstation 6 launch title,” reads another reply, sceptical the game will ever see a release in this generation.

Some fans are also sceptical about Millie A’s claims and track record, with one comment reading: “It's amazing how many people are taking this as truth in these comments.”
Since we’re getting new GTA 6 leaks seemingly every week, it’s best to just take everything with a grain of salt and wait for Rockstar to confirm it. One thing is pretty obvious, though—the people desire a new GTA game.
